inrole uses the following sub-processors to deliver the Service. Each one receives only the data needed for its function, and every read and write is scoped to your account.

AI

  • Anthropic, Inc. — Claude models for evaluation, ranking, drafting, and chat

Infrastructure

  • Vercel, Inc. — application hosting, serverless compute, and file storage
  • Supabase, Inc. — Postgres database hosting and authentication
  • Inngest, Inc. — background job orchestration (discovery, sync, digests)

Data and search

  • Firecrawl, Inc. — job-posting extraction and source-grounded web search

Communications

  • Resend, Inc. — transactional and digest email delivery
  • Google LLC — the Gmail API for application tracking, used only if you connect Gmail

Payments

  • Stripe, Inc. — billing and subscription management

Observability

  • Functional Software, Inc. (Sentry) — error monitoring and performance tracing

Notes

Sub-processors are bound by data-processing agreements and maintain industry-standard security practices. As we build, new models or providers may be tested and added to this list if they are kept in use.
