Everything you need to run a focused job search

Scoring a role, finding the warm intro, drafting the message. All of it in your voice, and none of it sent without you.

Evaluation

A seven-block report on every role

Blocks A through G cover the role summary, CV match, level and strategy, comp and demand, the personalization plan, the interview plan, and whether the posting is even real. Each role lands on a 0-to-5 score with the rubric that produced it visible underneath.

  • Hard blocks on a blocked industry or an avoided company stage short-circuit to 1.0, and B through G never run
  • Comp below your minimum or a location conflict is flagged and penalized, not buried
  • Block G judges whether the posting is a live opening, and never moves the score

Warm intros

One ranked list of everyone who can refer you

Your LinkedIn graph, the portfolios of the VCs you care about, and your alumni networks, resolved into a single ranking per role. Sorted by how close each person sits to the hiring team rather than by whether they work there at all.

  • Signal badges that say why: Former Colleague, Alumni, They Messaged You, They Endorsed You
  • Ranked by proximity to the hiring manager or recruiter
  • The intro ask drafted for you, grounded in that role's evaluation

Your voice

Applications that sound like you wrote them

A persona interview captures your proof points, your STAR stories, and how you actually write. It isn't an onboarding wall — each round is asked where it pays off, in the panel that needs it. Everything inrole drafts afterward comes out in that register.

  • A CV re-ranked against the role, rendered to PDF and DOCX
  • A cover letter that opens with the proof point matching the JD
  • Per-question answers for the application form itself
  • Outreach written per stakeholder, not one message reused
Cover letter · in your voice

Dear hiring team — I spent the last two years owning the eval loop at Stripe, the exact problem your JD describes.

The part I am proud of: cut eval latency 40% with no new headcount. I would bring the same to your team.

Pipeline

Tracking without the data entry

Paste a batch of URLs into the inbox and they drain on their own. Every role that clears the bar lands on a board running the same status canon from Evaluated to Offer, and Gmail sync moves the rows as replies arrive.

  • Statuses move themselves when a recruiter replies in Gmail
  • A liveness checker flags postings that have gone dead
  • An email timeline per role, so the context sits with the application
